MEncoder - MPlayer's Movie Encoder Microsoft Windows GPLv2 binaries

MPlayer is an open-source Movie player. MEncoder is a simple, command-line Movie Encoder included in the package that utilizes large portions of MPlayer/FFmpeg code. As FFmpeg libraries are used by MEncoder and built during compilation along with the executable, it is included in the package distributed here.

These binaries are compiled from source using MinGW and GCC.
